Aging involves a gradual decline in physical and mental abilities, leading to vulnerability and dependency, which is influenced by various factors (age related physiological changes, chronic diseases, and psychosocial environment).<br \/>\nA consortium consisting of experts from three organizations has been formed to tackle the challenge AMBAR Telecomunicaciones, IDIVAL y GIF-UC, which have the science, technique, facilities and previous experience necessary.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div><div class=\"flex_column av_one_full  flex_column_div av-zero-column-padding first  \" style='border-radius:0px; '><p><div style='padding-bottom:10px;' class='av-special-heading av-special-heading-h3    '><h3 class='av-special-heading-tag'  itemprop=\"headline\"  >Objective<\/h3><div class='special-heading-border'><div class='special-heading-inner-border' ><\/div><\/div><\/div><br \/>\n<section class=\"av_textblock_section\"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock '   itemprop=\"text\" ><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The MIES Project (Non-invasive platform for Monitoring and Improving Executive functionS) aims to improve the capacity of clinical monitoring, he evaluation and supervision of several features related to the aging process. The main objective is to do everything possible to integrate ICT in health, demographic change and population welfare.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div><div class=\"flex_column av_one_full  flex_column_div av-zero-column-padding first  \" style='border-radius:0px; '><p><div style='padding-bottom:10px;' class='av-special-heading av-special-heading-h3    '><h3 class='av-special-heading-tag'  itemprop=\"headline\"  >Mission statement<\/h3><div class='special-heading-border'><div class='special-heading-inner-border' ><\/div><\/div><\/div><br \/>\n<section class=\"av_textblock_section\"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock '   itemprop=\"text\" ><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Attempt to promote healthy aging and improving overall quality of life for older adults.
